The long-distance footpath Závod-Senica passes through Lakšárksa Nová Ves. There it connects to the main arterial road (Štefániková magistrála) leading directly to the hill Bradlo, where the magnificent monument of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik is built. Red signs are for the arterial road. Blue signs are for the footpath going through the forest to the recreational area Tomky.

The so called Kopaniciarska trasa (footpath) goes through here. Malokarpatská trasa (footpath) leads to the South and a footpath Okolie rieky Moravy goes to the West. Green signs indicate the cycle path Bílkove Humence – Šaštín Stráže. Blue signs lead to Bílkove Humence – Senica. A blue-based sign from Lakšárska Nová Ves shows the direction of Malacky.

Lakšárska Nová Ves – Lake– Cottage area (35 min) – Jasenácke – Kúpanisko (30 min) – hunting cottage (chalet) (30 min) – gamekeepers lodge Biely kríž (35 min) – Lakšárska Nová Ves (30 min). It is red-signed. Footpath No.2
Lakšárska Nová Ves – hamlet Zelienka (along the forest path to the north-west towards Šaštín Stráže;1,20 hours) – NNR Zelienka (water areas and wetland; 15 min). The footpath is not signed.

Footpath No.1
North-west direction towards Šaštín Stráže, forest path without signs (1,20 hours)
Destination: Ciel:
a. Basilica of Mary
b. Gazárka, recreational area. Lakes in the middle of pine forests with sandy beaches offering swimming, water sports, fishing and camping.
Footpath No.2
Westerly direction towards Tomky. Blue sign (2.5 hours)
Destination: Recreational area with reservoir offering swimming, surfing and fishing. There are two restaurants next to the beach.
Footpath No.3
North-east direction towards the Chapel of Maria Magdalene. The Chapel is registered in the land registry of Borský Mikuláš. The footpath is red signed as far as to Bílkove Humence. Then it leads northwards towards Habány (1 hour 30 min)
Destination: The Chapel itself and a beautiful view of Borská nížina, Senica and Myjavsko. For those who don’t want to walk it is possible to go by car.
Footpath No.4
To the south-west towards a protected area of the Little Carpathians– Plavecký Mikuláš-Mokrá dolina (wet valley-cave Deravá skala-Cierna skala-national nature reserve Kršlenica. 12 km walking tour (4 hours). Green-red-yellow signs. Driving possible as far as Plavecký Mikuláš (8 km) continuing on foot.
Destination: As well as the beautiful countryside, a cave, inhabited as early as the palaeolithic period and a view of Borská nížina (plain), Malacky and region and also an area of Austria. Attention! The section Lakšárska Nová Ves – Plavecký Mikuláš goes through a millitary area. The road is open at weekends.
